Soulstice Serenity is an organization dedicated to helping individuals shift from surviving and desiring more healthful lifestyles to thriving and enjoying wellness as a part of their regular routine.

• 77 percent of people experience stress that affects their physical health

• 73 percent of people have stress that impacts their mental health

• 48 percent of people have trouble sleeping because of stress

 

Additionally, for about half of all Americans, stress levels are getting worse instead of better."

 

The Cleveland Clinic defines stress as "a normal human reaction that happens to everyone, [noting that] the human body is designed to experience stress and react to it, [which is why] when you experience changes or challenges (stressors), your body produces physical and mental responses." However, with so many feeling constantly overwhelmed, more people are now living with "long-term (chronic) stress." This state of "continued activation of the stress response causes wear and tear on the body, [causing] physical, emotional and behavioral symptoms to develop."

 

To help change the trajectory of these trends and outcomes, our mission is to make wellness easy and accessible for all who wish to invest in themselves to improve their health, connect better within their communities, and serve as an example for others to do the same.
